Ego as defined by David with The Global Brain Project

this is an excerpt from yesterdays weekly letter written to the Global Brain Project group after our Saturday Meditation.

Ego is only a destructive force when it comes out of a lack of self-realisation, of self-confidence and of a deeply buried feeling of inferiority. Feeling good about what you are is not ego and is nothing of which to be ashamed. Indeed, it is a good thing because it will smooth all your attitudes, relationships and social interactions. If you have a need to shout about it, however, that is another thing.
